Shipping Information

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. All items are made to order.

Economy

Economy is the default and most cost-effective shipping option. Transit within the contiguous United States averages 2 to 6 business days after production is completed. Transit estimates are not guaranteed and may increase during the winter holiday season.

Ground

UPS Ground transit depends on the destination's distance from Detroit, Michigan. Ground shipments cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Ground shipping selected for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may be upgraded to two-day shipping and charged the applicable two-day rate.

Two-Day

Two-day delivery generally takes two business days after production is complete. Delivery is performed Monday through Friday. Two-day shipments cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

Overnight

Overnight delivery generally means the next business day after production is completed. Delivery is performed Monday through Friday. Overnight shipments cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

International

International shipping generally takes approximately 1 to 4 weeks after production, depending on the destination, customs procedures, carrier conditions, and local policies. Transit estimates are not guaranteed.

Important: Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Products ship from Detroit, Michigan. Carriers may include USPS Ground Advantage, OSM, and UPS. Orders use plain white-label packaging. The shipping label displays the store name and return address. The CustomCat name does not appear to the customer. Custom neck tags, custom labels, branded packaging, and inserts are not currently available.

Returns and Replacements

Because every product is printed to order, returns, refunds, and exchanges are generally not accepted when a customer selects the wrong size or color, provides incorrect order or address information, or changes their mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact Graphic Trendy Design as soon as possible with the order number and clear photographs showing the complete item, the problem, and the packaging.

Verified manufacturing defects, printing errors, damage, or fulfillment mistakes will be reviewed with our fulfillment partner. A qualifying defect or error may receive a replacement at no additional charge.

A cash refund is not automatic. Our fulfillment partner's standard remedy for a verified production defect or error is a replacement. Graphic Trendy Design will review the claim and communicate the available resolution.

Do not mail an item back without first contacting Graphic Trendy Design and receiving instructions.

Original production and shipping charges may not be refundable when a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address. Additional charges may apply to replace or reship an order.

Nothing in this policy removes rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected to process, fulfill, ship, and support orders.

Order details may be shared with payment processors, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers when necessary to complete your order.

Payment information is processed by Stripe or PayPal. Graphic Trendy Design does not directly store complete payment-card details in the HTML website.

Customers may contact Graphic Trendy Design with privacy questions.

Customers should not submit sensitive personal information in order notes or special-order requests.
